The HydraFacial is a non-invasive skin resurfacing treatment…more exfoliating than a traditional facial but less than a chemical peel. We just posted a new video with some hand and foot massage featuring Elaine. Did you know the feet mirror the body with parts that relate to the different organs and portions of the body? Did you know if your neck hurts there is a place to work on that through your feet? This educational video demonstrates the basics of foot reflexology massage as well as some wonderful stretches for the hands. If you or someone in your life uses a computer or their hands a lot during the day they will love it if you pick up these stretches and help their hands!

Skin Care Basics in your 20′s

If you are in your 20′s (or above), you should be doing a basic cleanse, treat and protect regimen daily. In addition, some form of exfoliation, whether a manual scrub (jojoba beads) or enzyme exfoliation (AHA products) at least 2-3 times per week and a daily sunscreen. But…what do I put my 20 year old clients on? Eye cream (men too!). Your regular moisturizer is not meant to go above the cheek bone and the eye area skin needs special attention to help prevent fine lines and that “crepe” look to the skin.
